RICE WINE VINEGAR AND GINGER DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:	2 tbsp Stone's Original Ginger Wine 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar 1 tsp Caster sugar 1 small Shallot (minced or very finely chopped) 5 Spring onions

Shake all the ingredients together in a jar.

Use over a cucumber salad and garnish with spring onions.

Serves 5.

STONE'S TODDY
1/2 a wine glass of Stone's Ginger Wine. Juice of a lemon and two lumps of sugar.

(Add hot water to taste and stir).
